Barry Paul Clark

Barry Paul Clark is a classically trained double bassist who grew up in Wauwatosa, WI. He studied under the direction of John Babbitt at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music, and later at The Mannes College of Music in New York City. He currently performs in the bass sections of Festival City Symphony (Milwaukee, WI), Kenosha Symphony Orchestra (Kenosha, WI), and Kettle Moraine Symphony (West Bend, WI), and teaches privately with the Hartford Union High School Orchestra. Barry curates the improvisational events Unrehearsed MKE and the Vangaurd Series, co­founded the Tontine Ensemble and releases experimental electronic music under the moniker adoptahighway.
